I Put 3 Reward Apps To The Test In 2025! (Worth It?)

Car Traffic Jam and Parking – First Impressions and Rewards

When I first launched Car Traffic Jam and Parking, I saw the gem currency on the left, the timer in the middle, and the PayPal currency on the right. You basically move the cars in the direction the arrow points to generate gems. I noticed every 1 to 2 minutes an ad would pop up, but if the rewards are decent, I didn’t really mind at first. As you play, you’ll clear cars out and build up gems bit by bit. Some levels throw in traffic lights and pedestrians, but overall it’s really simple. The big downside is the ad ratio — it honestly feels like 30% gameplay and 70% ads. Even though it’s basic and easy to play, it eventually feels like you're just stuck in an endless loop of ads.

Tap and Earn – Offers, Coins, and Cash Out Speed

Tap and Earn has been around for a while, and I figured it was time to see what’s going on with it lately. They run a Coinbase currency system, and I had about 1,212 coins, which came out to 17 cents USD. They say they have over 1,500 games, but really, it just opens a regular playtime rewards area — not 1,500 separate games. I noticed offers like Plato and Happy Color offering decent rewards, and they do have PayPal and Visa cash-out options starting at $2 USD for 12,800 coins. I made sure to compare offer walls because sometimes the payouts vary a lot. For example, Toro had a 50% bonus going at the time, which made it a much better deal. I withdrew $2 to PayPal, and I’m happy to say it hit my account within 24 hours without any issues.

Split Drop – Offers, Rewards, and Strict Account Holds

Split Drop looks good on paper — a ton of offer walls, daily prize pools, and pretty decent payout rates overall. I saw surveys offering over $1.30 and offer walls offering hundreds of dollars if you completed the tough missions. I thought everything was going fine until I tried to cash out $5. That’s when I got hit with a 40-day hold because my account was flagged as a new user. They even warned that I might have to submit a government ID and selfie verification later. For just $5, that kind of strictness blew my mind. Maybe it’s because of their country’s rules, but still, it felt over the top. The earning potential’s definitely there, but you have to be ready for the extra hoops they might make you jump through.

Earnings After 1 Hour of Gameplay

After grinding away for about an hour on Car Traffic Jam and Parking, I ended up with just 8 cents USD. It reminded me a lot of what happened with the Gibby app too. Tap and Earn was better since I pulled out $2 USD after doing offers and surveys, which was at least a small win. With Split Drop, even though I earned enough for a $5 withdrawal, the 40-day hold really killed the momentum. So across the board, even if the games and apps offer ways to earn, the actual results after a decent play session are pretty low compared to the time and effort put in.

Are These Reward Apps Worth Your Time?

Honestly, after everything I went through, I don't think these apps are worth the time unless you just want something really casual to do without expecting much back. The ads on Car Traffic Jam were overwhelming, Tap and Earn was decent but still slow going without bonuses, and Split Drop locked up my earnings even after doing everything right. Sure, you can get rewards, but it feels like a constant uphill battle, and the payout compared to the effort isn’t great in my experience.

Final Verdict Based on My Experience

At the end of the day, everyone’s experience might be different depending on your country and account, but for me, Car Traffic Jam and Parking wasn’t worth the grind, Tap and Earn was alright but average without bonuses, and Split Drop felt way too strict for small cash outs. I’ll leave it up to you guys to decide if you want to give them a shot, but personally, I'd rather focus on apps that offer a smoother, more straightforward experience without all the headaches.
